There are a lot of reasons to sign a bulk telecommunications agreement for your community. Before making that decision, however, you may want to consider some of the disadvantages.
- Community internet service can’t be shut off. If your residents only live in the community part-time, they still have to pay for services when they aren’t there.
- Not everyone wants TV services. Because TV is so accessible through streaming services, every resident may not want TV services with their internet.
- Residents will have different preferences for providers. With a bulk agreement, you won’t be able to please everyone. However, many community internet providers do offer ways to residents to upgrade their packages.
